Dr Beza Muche Teka is an Associate Professor of Finance and Dean of the College of Business and Economics at Debre Markos University. He holds a PhD in Finance from Punjabi University, India. His research interests include electronic and mobile banking adoption, financial inclusion, micro and small enterprise development, personal financial management, tax compliance, insurance demand, and capital market development in Ethiopia. His research works have been published in several reputable journals, and he holds a Professional Competency Certificate in consultancy from the Ethiopian Management Institute (EMI). He has completed several professional trainings, including Strategic Plan Preparation, E-Learning for online teaching, Capital Market Development, Project Proposal Writing and Grant Seeking, and Policy Brief Preparation, among others.
